What are business days?
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. They are the standard unit for shipping estimates, payment terms, court deadlines, and project timelines. This calculator counts them between two dates or projects a deadline a set number of business days out.
U.S. federal holidays
There are 11 U.S. federal holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Enable the holiday option to exclude them automatically.
